Warranty Policy

Vitopa ensures that all our products are manufactured and assembled using standard materials and processes. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage available for eligible Vitopa rollator walkers.

Please keep your order confirmation, receipt, and product information. Warranty registration is not required.

Product Covered

This Limited Warranty applies to new Vitopa W20S, W20A, and W10S rollator walkers purchased directly from Vitopa or an authorized Vitopa seller in the United States.

Proof of purchase is required. Products purchased used, from an unauthorized reseller, or without valid proof of purchase may not qualify for warranty service.

Warranty Period

Eligible products are covered for one year from the original delivery date.A warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period. If a covered claim is submitted before the warranty expires, the claim will remain under review until it is resolved.

What This Warranty Covers

Coverage may include confirmed manufacturing defects involving:

  • The main frame and structural frame components.
  • Welded or permanently connected structural components.
  • Supplied hardware or components that fail because of a manufacturing defect.
  • Other parts determined by Vitopa to have failed because of defective materials or workmanship

A damaged frame is not automatically considered a warranty defect. Vitopa may review photographs, video, product condition, usage information, and other reasonable evidence to determine the cause.

Available Warranty Remedies

After reviewing and approving a claim, Vitopa may choose an appropriate remedy, including:

  • Providing replacement parts.
  • Providing repair instructions or arranging an approved repair.
  • Replacing the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product, subject to availability.
  • Issuing a partial or full refund when repair or replacement is not reasonable or available.

The remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product condition, safety considerations, parts availability, and other relevant circumstances. For an approved warranty claim, Vitopa will cover the reasonable cost of replacement parts and standard shipping associated with the approved remedy.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Wheels, tires, brake cables, brake components, grips, upholstery, seat padding, storage bags, or other components worn through ordinary use.
  • Routine adjustment, tightening, cleaning, lubrication, or maintenance.
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect normal product function.
  • Scratches, fading, stains, surface wear, or rust caused by exposure, storage, or insufficient maintenance.
  • Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by exceeding stated weight limits.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, adjustment, maintenance, or use contrary to the product instructions.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, replacement parts, or accessories.
  • Damage caused by using the rollator as a wheelchair or transport chair.
  • Damage caused by having another person push the rollator while someone is seated.
  • Loss, theft, or disposal of the product.
  • Shipping damage reported and handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Normal wear does not become a manufacturing defect solely because it occurs during the warranty period.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email servicevitopa@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your order number or valid proof of purchase.
  • The product model and color.
  • The approximate delivery date.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • Photographs showing the complete product and affected area.
  • A video demonstrating the issue when movement or operation is involved.
  • A photograph of the product label, serial number, or identifying information when available.
  • Information about how the product was assembled, used, and maintained when relevant to the claim.

Please do not discard the product or any affected part while the claim is under review unless Vitopa provides written instructions. We aim to acknowledge customer service emails within 24 hours. Additional review time may be required depending on the claim.

Replacement Products and Parts

A replacement product or part may be new or equivalent in function and condition, where permitted by law.

A replacement does not restart the original one-year warranty period. It remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any longer period required by applicable law.

Relationship to the Returns Policy

Returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery are handled under the Vitopa Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product defects reported after the return window but during the one-year warranty period will be reviewed under this Limited Warranty.

Please note: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or user.
